We really appreciated the care and professionalism shown by Michelle at Swanborough Funerals. Mum was treated with respect and dignity every step of the way and the funeral service itself was not only beautiful but very well organized. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail including providing umbrellas for us when it rained. Thank you to the team at Swanborough Funerals for their kindness and support at the very difficult time in our lives. Their help in dealing with some complex issues was exceptional, and very appreciated. They organised everything for us, including the venue, pre-viewing, video tribute, order of service booklets, reception and flowers. Swanborough Funerals were absolutely fantastic. Rayad and Esther made what was an incredibly difficult time so much easier for our family.

Rayad was always available, constantly taking our calls and accommodating every request we had without hesitation. Esther went above and beyond, driving over an hour to our Airbnb just to talk through our options and accelerate everything to accommodate our schedule.

That kind of dedication says everything about the type of people they are. They treated us with genuine care and made what could have been an overwhelming process feel smooth and easy.

Im very thankful to Swanborough Funerals for the kind and compassionate way they helped us attend to our dear Mother’s wishes after her passing. It was just before Christmas and over a very busy holiday time, but they prioritised our needs and assisted us at every turn. Swanborough Funerals helped me with my parents passing in the last 8 yrs. Now once again they have helped my husband and I give our father/father-in-law a beautiful dignified tribute to his life. We received the same respectful, kind and professional help then as we did now.
