Thoughts & Reflections

I grew up with CLIFF and was deeply hurt to hear of his passing, we remained close mates and knocked around together until I went into the army in 69 although we caught up when I came home on leave. Cliff was a great man never had a bad word to say about anyone a true gentleman. As kids we would play cricket, hide and seek, red rover cross over and on dark cliff would tell spooky stories we would go crayfishing in the near by dams and picking mushroom after rain with brothers, sisters and cousin, so much more memories of Cliff RIP my dear friend, your duty is done.

Rest in peace uncle cliff.
You’ll be missed by so many, I’ll be forever grateful for growing up with an uncle like you, the last few days whenever I’ve gotten the chance to just sit for a while I’ve sat and thought about the memories that we have shared over the years and there has been some good ones and those are the memories I’ll hold onto forever
And to aunty Christine, Jess and Nathan I’m thinking of you all today and send my love and condolences 💐🤍

Cliff was a lovely bloke…very kind and clever. 49 years ago in December 1976 Cliff filmed our wedding at St Joseph’s Catholic Church in Gunnedah.

I love this comment David, I remember the Black Panther moniker. Cliff was a great mentor to all of us younger, aspiring basketballers. He was a great friend to Dad and Mum and everyone at basketball and soccer in Gunnedah. Most importantly, Cliff was a great bloke!
