Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Stewart & Kim.
Sister and sister-in-law of Dorothy (dec’) & Ron Kelly (dec’), and Robert (dec’) & Shirley Wilson.
Auntie to her many adored nieces and nephews, and special friend of Tanya in Canberra.
Frances will be greatly missed.
