In Loving Memory Of Graeme John Hart.

Graeme passed away peacefully on 29th October 2023 aged 72 years.

Loving husband of Cathy. Loving father and father-in-law Samantha & Jayden, Bronwyn & Mark, Benjamin & Emily, Elissa & Michael. Adored Grandpa of Nicki & Laura.
Treasured brother and brother-in-law of Michele & Greg. Cherished uncle.

Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate the life of Graeme to be held at
the Tivoli Miracle Centre, 50 Coal Road, Chuwar

On Tuesday 7th November 2023 commencing at 2:00 pm.

Upon completion of the service, you are invited to join the family for refreshments.

Thoughts & Reflections

I got to know Graeme over 20 years ago when our respective tech companies worked closely together.
His intensity and integrity shone through then as did his creativity and constructiveness in reaching mutually successful solutions for clients.
My thoughts and warm wishes are with you Cathy and all your children, Graeme was very well regarded in our industry and his beliefs were reflected in his patience and good humour with those he met.

I am really saddened at the loss of my friend Graeme. We know him for 25 years. He was always so encouraging to me with my faith in our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ.we had many deep conversations about on faith and our beliefs. I believe he is one of the true heroes of faith. I will miss him and these amazing conversations. From church, drive-in BBQs, prayer on a Saturday morning, to sharing our home with him and his family he was such an inspiration and amazing part of our lives. Love you Graeme. Be comforted by the Holy Spirit Cathy and family. Love and hugs Margaret and Peter ❤️

I am really saddened at the passing of my friend Graeme. We knew him for 25 years. He was always so encouraging to me with my faith in Our Lord and Saviour.
